No reservations are accepted by email.
Taking reservations from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. year-round.
A $50.00 deposit will be required upon reservation. The deposit amount is calculated for each 7-day period.
Example: 1 to 7 days = $50 deposit 8 to 14 days = $100 deposit, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: For short or long term bookings, management reserves the right to change your location to
an equivalent location in order to meet a long term rental request or an administrative situation, even if the booking was made last year. We will notify you of this change
5-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL: Camping des Aulnaies offers more than 240 sites for traveler rentals (many campsites only keep a few traveler sites). For 30 of these sites, a minimum rental period of 5 days is required. The reason we require a minimum rental period of 5 days for these 30 sites is to accommodate weekly rentals. Please understand our management method; there is no need to contact us to change the rental period for these 30 sites.
Cancellation fees
If you cancel 7 days or more before your arrival date, we will refund $25.00 per 7 days of reservation.
If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date, no refund of the deposit.
Stays cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date may be postponed to a later date within the same calendar year. Please note that if you wish to postpone your reservation, you must specify your date only when canceling.
A tenant who fails to show up on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice automatically loses their deposit and reservation. We reserve the right to re-let the site as early as 11 a.m. the following day.
Note: If you leave before the end of your stay, you must notify us and your site will be available for rental without any refund from management.
All weekend reservations require 2 nights rental and 3 nights rental for holidays.
We accept deposits by VISA, MasterCard, Debit Card or cash.
Customer Notice: When booking for the next season, the site or caravan rental rate is subject to an increase as rates are set at the beginning of each season.
Arrival
After 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Departure
Campers must leave the campsite by 12:00 p.m. An additional fee of $8.00 (tax included) per site will be charged if you exceed 12:00 p.m. You can extend your departure time to 6:00 p.m. by paying the $8.00 fee (tax included). You must notify us before 11:00 a.m. to benefit from this option, which is subject to site availability.

High Season From 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (weekends) and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (weekdays)
Low Season From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (weekends) and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (weekdays)
Occupation
A plot of land is a space designed and reserved for the installation of one (1) single tent, tent-trailer or any other motorized vehicle. Parking for one (1) car only (unless otherwise agreed in advance).
Payment
All stays are payable upon arrival by VISA, MasterCard, debit card or cash and are non-refundable.
Refund
No deductions or refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to re-rent the traveler or seasonal site as soon as it is vacated without any compensation.
